A weekly get together to help you with your journey through grief.


Supporting our members is of the highest priority, We provide a social group and meet weekly where we talk and share our experiences with others experiencing the loss of a loved one. Currently we meet every Saturday morning in Marton Cricket Club at 10am until 12 noon.

New members always welcome!



Isolation

Keep communicating with friends and relatives, use your support network at home and work.

Don't Be Silent - Talk

It is difficult to make that first step, but it is vital to your recovery that you push yourself.

Journaling

Writing down your feelings, in a journal  or email, helps you get them out there instead ocycling through your mind

Coping

There are lots of other organisations like ours that may help, not every group fits, don't try one and give up.

Identify

Working together we can help you identify the best way to recovery for you.
