You Don't Have to Walk Alone
Teesside Grieving Hearts is a peer support initiative dedicated to creating safe, inclusive spaces for individuals navigating the journey of grief.
We Are Here To Listen, Not To Fix
Grief is not a problem to be solved; it is a natural response to losing someone we love. At Teesside Grieving Hearts, we understand that the path of bereavement is not linear.
We provide a safe environment where you can express your feelings without fear of judgment. Whether you need to talk, cry, or simply sit in silence with others who understand, our door is open.
Located in Marton, Teesside, we offer face-to-face meetings and digital resources to help you find strength in community.
